Frame Thy Fearful Symmetry

An older image I came across while searching for portfolio pieces. This was taken in April of 2004 at the Oklahoma City Zoo.

This picture was taken with my Canon Rebel XSN on Fuji Superia ISO 800 color negative film with a Canon EF 75-300mm Image Stabilized Telephoto Zoom lens I borrowed from a friend. I was using the image stabilized lens and the high speed film in order to get some good shots in the incredibly dark aquarium. The telephoto zoom also helped get some better images of the animals who were outside. Scanned with my Epson 3170 and adjusted and cropped in Photoshop CS.
